Problem Note 45830: SAS® Contact Center Planning and Optimization application does not load properly in Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 with Adobe Flash Player 11.1

The Contact Center Planning and Optimization application might not load properly when using Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 with Adobe Flash Player 11.1 .

This issue is caused by hardware acceleration support provided by Microsoft in Internet Explorer 9. As a result, Microsoft has provided a fix to disable the hardware acceleration.

Please contact SAS technical support for further issues related to this problem.
